• 3/4 oz Fresh lemon juice
• 1/2 oz Almond flavored syrup
• Garnish w/ pinch of cayenne pepper

Chili Passion Martini (according to foodandwine.com)

• 2 oz Light rum
• 1 oz Passion fruit nectar
• 1 oz Cranberry juice
• 1 oz Fresh orange juice
• 1/2 oz Simple syrup
• 1/4 tsp Bottled ginger juice
• Garnish w/ seeds from 1 fresh red chile plus a sliver of the chile
