Boobs can be fun, but they can also be serious and breast cancer is no laughing matter. Here are five ways to reduce your risk of breast cancer:

#5 - I hate to say it but keep the cocktails to a minimum. A study in 2007 has linked breast cancer incidents and alcohol consumption.

#4 - Eat a healthy diet: Cook meals from scratch, limit the deep fat frying, and load up on healthy fruits, vegetables, nuts etc. Aim for nutrient packed foods and smaller meals. Also heat your food in a healthy manner. Avoid using plastic containers in the microwave and enamel coated pans on the stove which may emit a harmful chemical at high temperatures.

#3 - Get enough sleep: Sleeping aids the body in repairing itself. Make sure you're catching enough Zzz's

#2 - Exercise regularly: Studies say you should aim for about 3-4 hours a week of exercise but more is certainly better.

#1 - Find your healthy weight and maintain it: Extra fat cells can increase your risk of cancer. Strive to maintain a healthy weight through a proper diet and exercise.
