A: Yes, we do. And I think posting pics would be fun. I was talking about this with Karly and Kit on Sunday, and we discussed the possibility of us all dressing up (in some fashion) then posting a pic or pics. Sound good?

A: I've written 8 as of today, 4 of which are erotic. I have 2 stories out to my beta readers: the lovely, talented Kit and Karly. I shall pass along the others to the ladies, too - as soon as I'm done rewriting and torturing myself over them a bit more.

A: It shall, and soon(ish)! *SPOILER* We're thinking of doing one for EP#22. One thing we'd like to maybe try out is the TVP drinking game during that episode. So if anyone has thoughts on that, let us know.

A: I talked about this with my cohorts/co-hosts, and we're all game to do a videocast sometime. Kit and I doing shots? Oh my, that could get interesting. In terms of how we look... I think all 3 of us are still fleshing out how our TVP alter egos "look." I will say Bangles lacks the big 80's hair, but she more than makes up for it with her ginormous bangle earrings. As for me, I am sexy but I don't know about the vampire bit. Maybe?

A: We want anyone, regardless of gender, to enjoy and be able to take away something from each episode. I do think a "men's" episode would be fun to do; I'll have to brainstorm some topics. A: An LGBT episode is definitely in the TVP future. As for my coming out story, I've toyed with the idea of writing a post on it. Now that I know at least one person's interested, I think I will. (Guess what next Wednesday's post will be? *wink wink*)

A: Excellent question. I'm currently crafting an info page for folks interested in writing for and/or otherwise working with The Vodka Press; when that's available, I'll blast about it on twitter (from both my account @zoegrimmtvp and the TVP account @thevodkapress). Until then, if you want to write for TVP, you can email me a writing sample (a link if it's published online or as a .pdf) and a blurb about yourself, your writing experience, what you'd like to write about for TVP, etc.

DeleteAny TVP fan that recognizes me by just my voice in a bar, especially a crowded bar, earns his or her self a drink of his or her choice (my treat). I even bought a drink for the girl who recognized me by my "eye". :)
That being said, I'll let you buy the drinks if we run into each other again. Third time's a charm, Karen. Hope to see you out and about soon!

DeleteI always treat TVP fans when they recognize me (like I did with Karen and others) - mostly applies to MA residents, since I'm based here. But I do occasionally travel! On Monday night, I was in NYC and bought a beer for a TVP fan - we were seated near each other in a bar, started talking, I mentioned I had a podcast, and he said, "Wait, are you Zoe Grimm? Is your show The Vodka Press?" Simple as that.
I'll be posting pics soon(ish), so it'll be easier for folks to obviously spot me out and about. But I'll probably still buy fans a drink and hang out with them, you guys are all awesome. :)
Who knows... maybe one day we'll auction off a drinking date with the three of us. It would certainly would be a great fundraiser for one of our favorite charities.
